Wait until you see a girl that catches your eye and then tell her you noticed her doing something (whatever it was you saw her doing). Then tell her that you need her advice on something. If you can get her to commit to sitting down and having coffee or getting her number, tell her that you’d really like to get to know this girl because not only is she beautiful, she seems very sweet and whatever else you noticed about her. Then when she gives you advice on how to deal with this girl, let her know it’s her by doing whatever she suggests to her. Then you’ll either have an in or she’ll back off. If she backs off, tell her that the advice you really need is to make friends anyway and explain your situation.
